The Hart Classics Transport show which I help to organise and at which I am Head Judge ran on the 21st June 2026 which was Father's Day.

There was a real garden party vibe in the grounds of the Elvetham hotel between Fleet and Hartley Wintney in Hampshire when over 350 classic cars, their proud owners and friends and families gathered to take part in the third Hart Classics Transport Show on the 21st June 2026. This was the first time at the venue for Hart Classics, after two successful events at the Tweseldown Racecourse in Fleet in 2024 and 2025. The weather was more than kind, with sunshine all day, and the venue was blessed with a large number of mature trees which provided welcome shade to the hundreds of proud owners and visitors to the event. It was not just cars and a smattering of classic motorcycles; there were lots of catering stands as well as a live stage for musical performances and fairground style rides for the children.

Cars ranged from a 1912 Standard 'Brighton Torpedo' to Jaguar F-Types, there were supercars s including Aston Martins, Ferraris, Lamborghini, Marcos, Porsches, a GT40 and TVR. True British sports cars were well represented with 21 classic Lotus cars, from Elans to Esprits and 24 MGs, including a super, highly original MG 1300 and loads of the ubiquitous but still very welcome MGBs. The Lotus Exclusive parking area was well attended:

The Yanks were out in force, with Mustangs  and Corvettes galore, various hot rods and an enormous Chrysler Newport Convertible from 1961  So there was something for everyone, and a great day was had by all. All the profits (£8,000) from the event have be contributed to the Hants and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. Next years show will be held  at the Elvetham on the 20th June 2027. See hartclassics.co.uk for further details

Wow. What a day........ Super weather, loads of brillient classics and enthusiasts and all in all a great family day out:

I was completely knackered after judging the cars, and would like to thank everyone who entered their cars - you make the show - and all the public who visited. Without you guys and gals the show would not have been the success it was. So here's looking forward to next year and hopefully even more entrants and visitors. Oh and we have (hopefully) sorted the traffic issues which caused a bit of an issue between 10:30 and 12:00 when the public were flocking in.

Looking forward to seeing you all next year!
